Productmanager for Industrial Microwave Technology and Microwave-based Plasma Applications (m/f/d)

• Take full strategic and operational responsibility for the development, enhancement, and positioning of products in the field of plasma and microwave technology.
• Monitor market trends and identify customer needs to generate innovative product ideas and plan their implementation.
• Work closely with R&D, production, sales, and marketing teams to drive successful product development.
• Develop detailed product roadmaps and specifications, ensuring clear communication across the company.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch and beyond.
• Conduct competitor analyses and develop strategies for the successful market positioning of our products.
• Actively support product marketing, develop key selling points, and participate in customer presentations.

• A degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally within the plasma or microwave technology sector.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to develop comprehensive, long-term product strategies.
• Excellent communication and team skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Independent, goal-oriented work style, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
