Solution / Product Owner Matrix42 (m/f/d) Your new job

As a Solution Owner / Solution Architect for Matrix42 (m/f/d), you will design holistic solutions for scalable service processes and set the strategic direction of the ITSM solution at netgo. Your tools are the technologies and solutions from Matrix42. You are the interface between the business units, the specialist departments, the management and the manufacturer.

Your tasks include the following:

Analysis & design:

• Strategic technology consulting and planning
• Creation and maintenance of an (operational) product roadmap
• Conducting requirements analyses, analyzing existing ITSM processes and developing holistic concepts and solutions for ITSM Matrix42 and one.io
• Development of optimizations, efficiency increases and risk minimization

Implementation, training & communication:

• Support for cross-company implementation projects with various stakeholders and cross-group collaboration
• Management and support in the implementation of new ITSM solutions and adaptation to specific business processes
• Prioritization and maintenance of the project backlog/product backlog
• Creation of presentations and training of relevant stakeholders

Quality assurance and compliance:

• Monitoring compliance with ITSM processes and standards
• Identification and optimization of quality standards
• Recommend and introduce new tools, technologies and practices to improve ITSM

This is you?

• You have a comprehensive understanding of the service processes of an IT service provider
• You have several years of experience with the corresponding products / solutions from the manufacturer Matrix42
• You have cross-thematic expert knowledge in several IT areas
• You have several years of experience in IT solution design
• You may already have certifications (ITIL or vendor-related)
• You are willing to travel
• You have German language skills at level C1
