As our Product Manager (f/m/d), you will:

• Define and manage the roadmap for SaaS product integrations in line with the organisational goals
• Drive integration projects from concept to delivery for maximum value, balancing technical feasibility and user needs
• Assess integration requests, make build-or-decline decisions, derive product objectives, and measure integration performance for strategic value
• Partner with clients and stakeholders, collaborate across teams, functions, business units, facilitate workshops when needed and build shared understanding
• Navigate challenging situations with resilience and practicality, embracing flexibility and evolving priorities
• Ensure a scaled continuous delivery of product increments by unblocking your team's execution, focusing on high-impact efforts as well as ensuring seamless functionality for a delightful user experience

Your profile

Must-haves:

• You're continuously learning. With 5 to X years of experience in SaaS product management, you keep striving towards excellence - whether it's interviewing customers, bringing products to the market, or following the latest industry trends. You're willing to leave your comfort zone as well as learn new skills in order to enable your team and get the job done.
• You're tech-savvy and curious. You have a solid understanding of software engineering, data science, and cloud technologies, allowing you to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• You're passionate about helping customers. They are at the heart of what you do and empathy drives your decisions to deliver high-quality products and take full ownership of the customer journey as well as the whole product lifecycle.
• You're impact-oriented. You can identify and prioritise opportunities worth pursuing based on user research & data - instead of assumptions - as well as map them to business outcomes that the entire company will rally behind.
• You're inspiring others. You can get your cross-functional team to dream up to a common vision and enable them to solve complex problems by breaking them down into small iterative steps of incremental value.
• You're strategic under pressure. You can navigate high-stakes situations with a balanced, thoughtful approach, making informed decisions that drive both business success and customer value.
• You're eligible to work in Austria. A valid work permit is required.

Bonus points for:

• Background in supply chain management, risk management, maths, or statistics
• Experience with applied product analytics, e.g. using SQL, R, or dedicated products.
• Experience in working with and negotiating with external vendors and partners.
• German language skills, though all company and team communication is in English
