Hybrid Working/12 Month Contract

Our client is hiring a Retail Sports Betting Product Manager who will perform functional and technical tasks on their sports betting products. You will be responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of the product, coordinating with technical teams, analysing incidents, and proposing functional improvements. Although they will not be the administrator of the platform, it is expected that they have a solid understanding of its operation at the systems and hardware level and the ability to perform specific tasks related to functional operations.

Responsibilities

• Ability to analyse and prioritize incidents reported by points of sale or internal clients.
• Preparation of basic SQL queries.
• Supervision of the operation of terminals at points of sale.
• Competence in training end users or technical staff in the use of terminals.

Previous experience required

• Industry experience in sports betting, casinos, or gambling sector
• Knowledge of ticketing tools: JIRA and Dynamics365 for incident management.
• Ability to identify and propose functional improvements based on data analysis.
• Familiarity with legal regulations applicable to retail betting systems.
• Experience with retail terminals and monetary peripherals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and computer systems.

Remote working is offered as 2 days per week.
