This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *creating and improving technology solutions for knowledge management, learning, and development for customer service agents*.

Job Summary:
Our client, a global leader in E-commerce and innovation, is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join their Customer Support (CS) Product team. This role focuses on creating and improving technology solutions for knowledge management, learning, and development for customer service agents. The objective is to enhance agent productivity, onboarding, and training by leveraging innovative tools, including genAI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and improvement of Knowledge Management and Learning tools for agents, leveraging Pega Platform technologies.
  • Introduce and enhance genAI-powered search for efficient knowledge management.
  • Collaborate with Pega engineers, designers, and process owners to deliver intuitive and effective tools for agents.
  • Align product goals with stakeholders in Knowledge Management and Learning and Development teams.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of product features on agent productivity and onboarding time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve agent performance in areas like training, onboarding, and knowledge management.
  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring successful delivery with a focus on AI-enhanced features.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Experience with Pega CRM platform OR knowledge management in customer service (minimum 1-2 years).
    • Strong product insight, balancing customer and business needs.
    • Data analytics experience to measure business impact of product changes.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time-critical priorities.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with AI or genAI products.
    • Experience working with third-party vendors or consultants.
