As a Product Development Manager, youwill play a crucial role working in product category teams todevelop and manage the creation of new, innovative,consumer-preferred snacking products across brand and portfolioswithin KP Snacks. With a passion for food product design, you willcombine your technical knowledge and consumer understanding tocreate inspirational products concepts that are feasible tomanufacture and support the design, development and finalcommercialisation of these products into themarket.

Your responsibilities will alsoencompass continual optimisation and enhancement of our productportfolios in terms of quality, value engineering and critically,to support our People & Planetgoals.

Additionally, you will ensure wecontinue to build consumer & competitor understanding,partnering with our commercial teams to drive longer term strategicportfolio planning.

What will you bedoing?

• Developand implement product development strategies to meet businessobjectives and drivegrowth

• Manage the end-to-endproduct development process, from concept idealisation tocommercialisation

• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, andQuality Assurance, to ensure successful productlaunches

• Stay up-to-datewith market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis toidentify new productopportunities

• Conductproduct testing, sensory evaluations, and consumer trials to ensureproduct quality and customersatisfaction

• Manage productdevelopment budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are deliveredon time and within budget
