Job Description

IT Change Manager - 12 month FTC

£60,000 - £70,000 Per Annum

This role can be fully remote/home based, with occassional travel to Warwickshire

Jumar is expanding their Change Management capability; and we're recruiting for a well rounded and seasoned, UK based Process Specialist/IT Change Manager with strong SIAM experience to support the increase in demand from projects and business change initiatives from our leading, Midlands based financial services client.

This requirement is due to increased customer demand in the financial services sector, and Jumar are looking to hire an accomplished IT Change Manager who is able to start in February.

As our client implements high-profile change initiatives across the business, there really is no better time for an experienced IT Change Manager to join Jumar.

Our client is moving into a more SIAM based model and this role is to drive and deliver strategic change and the review of processes.

The successful candidate will lead and promote the IT Change Management function by developing and implementing a clear strategy to ensure change is delivered to industry best practice under a robust Change Management governance framework contributing towards the design and delivery of the overall IT Service Management Strategy.

Qualifications

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 essential
  • SIAM qualification - desirable

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience of successfully leading and managing IT Change
  • Relevant experience of managing teams and stakeholders
  • Substantial experience within a Service Delivery function in an IT or technical environment
  • Solid experience of ServiceNow
  • Remedy desirable
  • Solid experience of SIAM
