Process Equipment Engineer - Contract Position in Sligo, Ireland

Real Staffing are looking for a skilled Process Equipment Engineer to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. This contract role is based in Sligo, Ireland and is 12 months although likely to extend. The successful candidate will have the chance to lead critical validation activities and ensure the seamless operation of state-of-the-art equipment within a globally recognized pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in process, equipment, and facility validations.
• Manage activities related to vial filling and isolator equipment.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in STEM discipline - Essential foundation for understanding and excelling in technical requirements of the role.
• Experience in Process/Equipment or Manufacturing Engineering within a Pharmaceutical environment - Critical for ensuring compliance and efficiency in engineering operations.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) - Vital for successfully launching new products and integrating them into production lines.
• Sterilization experience - Preferable for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product safety.
