As a key player in our mixed-signal design team, you'll architect and develop state-of-the-art power and battery management ICs for automotive applications. From designing critical analog blocks to guiding cross-functional teams, your expertise will help power the next generation of vehicles.

Your main tasks:
  • Lead the design and development of analog subsystems (DC/DC converters, ADCs, LDOs, etc.)
  • Define IP architecture and collaborate closely
    with layout, digital, and verification teams
  • Perform circuit simulation, define verification tests, and ensure robust performance
  • Support silicon bring-up and debugging in the lab
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
  • Support successful project execution with technical leadership


You have a pioneering spirit, passion for new technologies and exceptional business acumen. You further define yourself through excellent communication skills, ensuring collaboration within your new team and among stakeholders.

The Right Signal for Success:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD. is preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in analog design, with a strong focus on power and battery management
  • Expertise in automotive applications; knowledge of ISO 26262 and automotive standards is a plus
  • Proven track record in leading design projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong skills in circuit simulation and Design for Test (DfT)
  • Excellent English language and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group I (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
