Position: Primary ECT Teacher
Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £38,766 - £60,092 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the National Curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring that all pupils reach their full potential.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to plan and implement differentiated learning strategies.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space.
Engage with parents and guardians, providing regular feedback on their child's progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training programs to enhance teaching practice.
Take part in school events, extracurricular activities, and community involvement initiatives as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and implement innovative teaching methods.

Be a qualified Early Career Teacher with a passion for primary education.
Demonstrate strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
