Job Description
Primary School Teacher - Derbyshire - Weekly Pay - Flexible Hours Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Use a variety of resources, including technology, to enhance student understanding.
2. Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Set clear expectations for behaviour and academic progress. Manage student behaviour effectively, promoting mutual respect and cooperation.
3. Assessment and Feedback:
Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to track student development.
4. Parent Communication:
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians. Attend parent-teacher meetings and discuss student progress. Address any concerns or queries promptly.
5. Professional Development:
Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and best practices. Attend relevant workshops, training sessions, and conferences. Reflect on your teaching practice and seek continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT/ ECT) status. Experience working with children in a primary school setting. Valid DBS check and two professional references.
