I am currently working with a Primary School in Barnet rated Outstanding by Ofsted, who are looking for a Primary HLTA who can assist in the classroom in challenging situations, lead and coordinate Teaching Assistants and cover lessons wherever needed.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a step up, is interested in working in the educational field and most importantly wants to apply their skill set to a role best suited to them.

Primary HLTA Role Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning
• Student Assessment
• Staff Support
• Extra-Curricular Activities
• Parent Communication
• Teaching whole classes during PPA

Primary HLTA About the school:

• 10 minutes walk from local tube stations in Barnet
• Supportive environment that offers Teacher Training
• Inclusive and Diverse department that encourages progression
• Negotiable daily rate starting from £85+ on PAYE
• Fixed Term contract with the potential to be extended for the following academic year

Primary HLTA About you:

• Minimum of 2:1 Degree from Top 20 UK University Russell Group
• Understanding of Primary curriculum and SEN
• Experience working as an HLTA
• Passion, Interest and Dedication for supporting pupils
