Precision Farming Sales Specialist

Due to a company restructure an opportunity has arisen for a proactive office based Precision Farming Sales Specialist. To be based locally to Great Staughton, Cambridgeshire, the successful applicant will have a demonstrable knowledge of modern agriculture, a good understanding of sales processes and will deliver exemplary customer service.

Job Title: Precision Farming Sales Specialist
Salary: £30,000 per annum + commission
Location: Great Staughton, Cambridgeshire (must be able to commute or relocate before starting)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support growth

• Handle customer inquiries, providing comprehensive support and timely responses

• Generate, issue, and follow up on quotes, ensuring effective communication with customers

• Manage all customer communications and ensure smooth, ongoing support

• Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations and building long-term relationships

Key Requirements:

• Ability to commute to or relocate to Great Staughton before starting (preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in sales

• Strong understanding of modern agricultural practices, equipment, and machinery - specific product training will be provided

• Experience using sales management software, CRM systems, and office tools like Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve business goals
