Job Title: PractitionerPsychologist
Location: Bankside School, Bankside College andBrookthorpe Hall School - West Midlands (supporting 3sites)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £60,000 (pro rata, DOE)
Contract: Permanent,Term-Time only (There may be scope for this role to be a full-timecontract if this is your preference, please get in touch todiscuss.)
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to ownvehicle
We're looking for aPractitioner Psychologist. This is a fantastic opportunity tosupport the developing clinical service and to work closely withthe Lead Clinician to develop the clinical provision in line withneurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeuticsupport.
This is a varied role ideal for thoselooking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact onshaping a service and driving transformational change.
About the role
Weare excited to be expanding our clinical service during a time ofgrowth for the service. We currently have an opportunity fora Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team.The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespokeassessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is anexcellent opportunity to join the team as they expand theirclinical provision, making a real difference and implementing aholistic, therapeutic approach.
You will beresponsible for holding a caseload alongside other clinicians, withthe full support of our well-established and knowledgeable ClinicalTeam, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation, andreflective practice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, thisposition would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with atherapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well asmanage their own workload.

EssentialCriteria:
Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical,Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
Registered with the HCPC and own professionalbody.
Experience of workingwith people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism withadditional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs,behaviours of concern).
Ability to work collaboratively with a range ofkey partners.
Able to worksensitively with people and resolve conflicteffectively.
Evidence ofcontinuing professional development relevant to thesetting.
Substantial andrelevant post-qualification experience withadults.
Experience oflecturing/teaching/training.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to ownvehicle required
Skills inthe management of data are also important as the role includescollecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of servicedelivery, development and project work.
