Practice Manager - Veterinary Experience

Are you an experienced veterinary practice manager with a passion for animal care and team leadership? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Practice Manager to join a thriving veterinary clinic in Peterborough. If you're ready to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our practice while delivering exceptional care to their clients and their pets, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and high standards of care
• Manage and lead a team of veterinary professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment
• Handle financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and stock control
• Develop and implement processes that improve the overall client and patient experience
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in veterinary practice management or a similar leadership role within the veterinary field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for animal welfare and client care
