    The Role:
    This Account Director position offers the chance to lead communications efforts for an impressive portfolio of financial services clients, spanning UK and global markets. These clients come from sectors such as banking, fintech, insurance, and asset management, requiring strategic counsel across disciplines including corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, public affairs, crisis communications, and more.

    Working closely with senior leadership and a collaborative team, the role also involves coordinating with international colleagues to implement integrated campaigns across regions like Europe, APAC, and the US.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Partnerships: Cultivate trusted relationships with clients by offering tailored, strategic advice that addresses their unique challenges and goals.
    • Campaign Leadership: Create and execute audience-focused messaging strategies and multi-channel campaigns, encompassing corporate, consumer, and B2B communications.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members to perform at their best while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
    • Excellence in Delivery: Ensure all campaigns meet the highest standards, contributing to strong client retention and growth.
    • Business Development: Identify new opportunities to expand client engagements, lead on pitch development, and secure new business.
    • Integrated Collaboration: Partner with specialists across the agency to deliver innovative and results-driven campaigns.

    About You:
    The ideal candidate has a proven track record in working with financial services brands across B2B and B2C markets.

    • Strong knowledge of financial sector trends, regulatory landscapes, and key challenges.
    • Established media relationships within financial and mainstream outlets.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking skills to translate business objectives into impactful communications plans.
