About the role

Our client a leading utilities company currently requires a Powerapps Developer/Consultant to help them with 3 key streams of work and develop powerapps to drive customer satisfaction, provide key reporting and make services more agile and proficient.

Job Duties/Requirements of Role

• Engage with key SMEs to understand current power app use, and expectations
• Review existing project material, documentation and requirements
• Develop PowerApp and associated Azure components as per approved HLD/LLD/Designlite to meet documented processes and requirements
• Basic testing of developed PowerApp, to ensure application is functional and all critical business and security requirements are met
• Support during End User testing, including managing test issues.
• Provide Support and problem resolution during Hyper-Care phase.
• Creation of artefacts, following client policies and standards, to support PowerApp release through to production including service transition
• Support service transition by providing knowledge transfer to technical staff.
• Ensure all Development and changes follow PowerApp Development & IT Change processes
• Ensure the solution follows PowerApp Security and design policies

About You

You will have:

• Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power automate and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data integration (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Sharepoint etc)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Sharepoint online
• Basic understanding of coding languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS etc
• Knowledge of API's
• Prior experience as a consultant or working in a client facing role
• Strong analytical skills and able to translate business requirements into effective, user friendly applications
• Microsoft Power Platford certifications PL-900, PL-100, PL-400 are highly desirable
