Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post-16 SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored educational programs to meet the unique needs of our post-16 students, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of post-16 SEN students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.

Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.

Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).

Previous experience teaching SEN students.

Experience teaching post-16 students within the UK.

Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students.
