Portfolio Analyst

A leading commodities trading firm are searching for a Portfolio Analyst to join their change team. This opportunity has come up as an existing member of the team has been given the opportunity to move into a BA role and the will likely be a similar progression opportunity for this hire in the medium term. You will play a major role in managing and influencing the project portfolio prioritisation process and will be part of a large big scale change team made up of 90 members and 6 verticals. You will work closely with the CIO office regarding group wide prioritisation and will report into a very experience ex-C Level individual whom will be able to offer considerable guidance and support to assist your personal growth. This role will see you utilise Excel, Azure DevOps, reporting, and visualisation tooling on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Excel experience - VlookUps, Pivots, conditional formatting reports, queiries to pull API data
• Portfolio Analyst background - able to hit the ground running
• Investment, energy, fintech, or financial services background
• Data analytics experience
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Bonus: Azure DevOps, Reporting/Visualisation tooling, strong academic background
