• Preferrededucation Is a university degree In business orIT
• 10+ years ofexperience in Data & Analytics, BusinessIntelligence, or a related field, preferably in a multinational orconsumer goods environment
• Proventrack record of leading analytics teams and drivingbusiness impact through data-drivendecision-making
• Strong experience inbusiness partnering, translating complex datainto actionable insights for senior leadership and operationalteams
• Experience in centralizing andscaling analytics capabilities across multiple businessunits or regions
• Knowledge of advancedanalytics, data science, and AI/ML applications in abusiness context is aplus

• Leadthe Enterprise Analytics productline by defining and executing aclear strategy for OE-specific analytics, ensuring alignment withbusiness priorities and enterprisestandards.
• Centralizeall PNE Data & Analyticsefforts under a singlegovernance model, consolidating fragmented analytics initiatives todrive efficiency, consistency, and businessimpact.
• Actas the strategic business partner to PNE leadership and OEteams , translating businessneeds into actionable analytics solutions that enhancedecision-making, optimize performance, and support businesstransformation.
• Collaborateclosely with the AOE D&Ateam to ensure PNE leveragesglobal frameworks to delivery scalable solutions for the OE andmeet regional operationalneeds.
• Prioritizeand drive adoption of analyticssolutions , ensuring OE teamshave the right tools, skills, and insights to maximize value fromdata.
• Developa structured data governanceframework , ensuring dataaccuracy, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standardswhile enabling seamless data integration acrossfunctions.
• Leadthe continuous evolution of analyticscapabilities , identifyingemerging trends, tools, and technologies that can drive competitiveadvantage forPNE.
• Drivechange management and upskillingefforts , ensuring OE teams arefully enabled to leverage analytics in their day-to-daydecision-making.
• Measureand communicate the impact of analyticsinitiatives , ensuring alignmentwith business objectives and continuous improvement of analyticsproducts.
