Job Description

PMO - Cybersecurity, IAM, Stakeholder Management - 100% Remote

A large global organisation is seeking an experienced PMO to support Cybersecurity and IAM initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an initial 6-12 month contract with the opportunity for multiple extensions.

The position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide PMO support across Cybersecurity and IAM projects
Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and reporting
Ensure consistent project documentation, dashboards, and status updates
Identify and address risks, issues, and process inefficiencies
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
Support change management and process optimisation efforts
Proven PMO experience in enterprise environments
Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a bonus
Experience in project tracking, reporting, and risk management
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
