Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching to students with PMLD
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the specific needs of each student
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive care and education
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with students with PMLD
• Strong understanding of PMLD teaching strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs
