Planning Manager

Planning Manager vacancy for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.

Your tasks:

• Creating and tracking purchase orders with SAP and Ariba
• Being responsible for stock movement orders, material master cleaning and material requirements planning
• Overseeing supply planning as well as returns and refurbishment planning
• Performing data management of supplier reports, invoice management and spare part management
• Updating the planning file including sales actuals, forecasts, supply plans and inventory updates
• Reporting on actual product availability per location

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role as well as familiarity with 3rd party manufacturing
• Proficiency in supply chain management, ideally combined with telecoms experience
• A thorough understanding of monthly and weekly planning processes
• Strong Excel and SAP skills, especially HANA, BI/BW and ERP
• Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
