Pharmacist Independent Prescriber

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist Independent Prescriber to join our clients' team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing and diagnosing patients
• Prescribing medications independently
• Providing medication reviews and advice
• Managing complex cases
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Essential Requirements:

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Independent Prescribing qualification
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working as an Independent Prescriber
