People Partner

We are partnered with a large UK retailer who are seeking a People Partner to drive strategic workforce initiatives and support business leaders in developing high-performing, inclusive teams. This role will be instrumental in executing people strategies, talent planning, and performance management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute people plan activities aligned with the overarching workforce strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce opportunities and shape the strategic people plan.
• Deliver centrally driven people initiatives, including performance management and goal-setting frameworks.
• Use people data analytics to track progress, drive insights, and support decision-making.
• Continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics related to workforce planning and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience inHR strategy.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive people-focused initiatives.
• Passionate about employee engagement, DEI, and organisational effectiveness.
• Background in Major retail or FMCG organisations - Essential
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and uncertainty
