Job Description
Payroll & Pensions Manager needed near Hillingdon Complex Reconciliations : Handle intricate payroll control account reconciliations, pension schemes, and RTI returns. Timely Payroll Processes : Ensure monthly payroll tasks are completed promptly, including BACS file submissions and RTI filings. Pension Data Management : Prepare and submit pension data returns for various schemes (USS, LGPS, TPS, NHS, NEST). Expert Advice : Provide specialist payroll and pensions information, addressing complex staff queries. Data Analysis : Generate regular and ad hoc reports on payroll and pensions data, analysing trends and patterns. Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in payroll software and understanding of relevant legislation. Benefits:
