Parts Administrator

Temporary to Permanent

Commencing 14th October 2024

8am- 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Transport Essential due to location

£11.44 Per hour to start

Our busy automotive client is seeking a methodical, organised individual to support their internal teams to order and supply components to complete units on site.

You may have to deliver parts to different departments on the site, so a driving licence is essential.

Main Duties:

• Identify parts on the vehicles
• Confirm the parts that are required from images by the inspection team
• Pricing parts accordingly from the internal systems catalogue
• Ordering parts
• Allocating orders
• Data Entry

Person Spec

• Ideally have basic knowlege of parts systems
• Must have strong communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Sound IT and admin skills
