Partnership Marketing Paid Media Specialist

  • Circa £40,000
  • 2-year FTC
  • Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)

TLP have been working with Toyota (GB) PLC for over 25 years and are a trusted partner. This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC)

We are offering a 2-year fixed-term contract for a Partnership Marketing Paid Media Specialist to join the team. The role will involve supporting the creation and execution of a successful Partnership Marketing Program for Toyota and Lexus Retailers. While the primary focus will be on Paid Search, the position will also require developing a broader paid media strategy. You will work confidently with multiple agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and seamless integration of all campaign elements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing key agreed deliverables that enable effective Partnership Marketing in paid search - making recommendations in line with paid search strategy to improve performance
  • Work with Specialist, Paid Search to ensure Partnership Marketing paid search learns from and aligns with national strategy
  • Manage retailer paid search admin/processes/ways of working and performance
  • Attend all retailer search meetings to surface actions and manage backlog
  • Provide updates and data to Manager, Partnership Marketing to enable management of KPIs and risk
  • Monitor and report on Partnership Marketing service desk requests/SLA's
  • Responsible for managing wider 'Always On' paid media that sits outside of Partnership Marketing to ensure entire paid media/digital offering to retailer network is effective and informs future Partnership Marketing roadmap
  • Work with Manager, Brand Consideration to ensure key learnings from national In-Market' activity are being applied to/piloted with Always On' programme
  • Briefing and delivering work through own efforts or through agencies to deliver better retailer marketing via paid media channels
  • Ensure Centre marketing journeys and media developed by centre marketing service teams are joined up and onward journeys onto digital and CRM are mapped and understood, making recommendations to improve those journeys
  • Acts as point of connection for tagging, tracking and reporting of dealer own activity (to official website) - effective paid media journey connection

Essential

  • Previous marketing communications experience
  • Experience managing Paid Search (either self or via and agency)
  • Experience managing Paid Social (either self or via agency)

Desirable

  • Understanding of retailer and Toyota relationship dynamics or similar franchise dynamics
