Requirements - Partner Sucess Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they have the tools and resources for success.
• On-board new partners, providing materials on product offerings, partnership tools, and processes.
• Share partner enablement materials and self-service resources.
• Troubleshoot partner inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members
• Identify and implement strategies to engage partners and align with partner account goals
