Part Time Receptionist

Role: Receptionist - part time - immediate start

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday to Friday 1pm - 6.30pm

Salary: £16,359.20

I am looking for receptionists to join a doctors surgery in Bletchley this is a part time role covering afternoons but ideally we would be looking for someone with flexibility to cover other hours for holiday cover occasionally.

What will you be doing in the receptionist role?

• Answering phones in a friendly and approachable manner
• Directing patients to the most appropriate type of care needed whether that be doctor, nurse, physio or pharmacy
• Making appointments
• Preparing and checking repeat prescriptions
• Maintaining medical records
