Your new role
As an FP&A professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and strategic direction of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and analysing financial reports and forecasts
  
• Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends
  
• Assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes
  
• Analysing monthly management information, providing actionable insights
  
• Providing insights and recommendations to senior management
  
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure financial alignment
  
• Collaborating with the senior leadership team to understand specific key performance indicators and drivers and deviations from targets
  
• Ad hoc project work
  

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be part-qualified or working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and possess:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
