About the Role
As an Audit Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients, with turnovers of up to £60m across various industries. You'll join a dynamic and collaborative team of approximately 60 professionals, working closely with five Partners in a supportive and open-plan environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading audit planning and fieldwork for a range of clients.
• Delivering accurate and compliant financial statements.
• Identifying risks within clients' businesses and determining appropriate audit approaches.
• Reviewing team members' work to ensure audit objectives are met.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Applying in-depth client knowledge to address complex and challenging issues.

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Are ACA/ACCA part-qualified.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of both the broader context of audits and the detailed review of balances.
• Possess strong supervisory skills, including coaching and motivating junior staff.
• Demonstrate excellent project management abilities, such as analytical thinking, time management, and organisational skills.
