Paralegal/Legal Consultant - DE/Eng

Paralegal/Legal Consultant - German vacancy requiring fluent German skills for our Zürich based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Reviewing contracts, comparing and outlining differences while proposing better options
• Identifying risk and capturing termination options
• Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
• Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
• Assessing RSCM (Responsible Supply Chain Management), negotiating conditions, filing evidence and reporting back to client
• Capturing contract metrics and filing contracts in system

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven expertise as a Paralegal demonstrating proficiency in contract analysis and administrative tasks
• In-depth knowledge of contract law principles and legal terminology
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint and Excel
• University degree in a relevant field or paralegal certification
• German fluent is highly desirable

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
