We are currently working with our client, Royal London. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a PAM Engineer for a 6 month contract based in Edinburgh/Alderley Park on a hybrid basis.

Purpose of the Role:

The PAM Engineer will be managing and securing privileged accounts, working with PAM platforms, to ensure that all privileged service accounts are properly onboarded and managed. The PAM Engineer will be engaging in both BAU and project work, working closely with the Project Manager and addressing and resolving issues, ensuring compliance with security policies.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, particularly with PAM platforms and Scripting, as well as the ability to manage and address compliance requirements.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a PAM Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing findings and gaps related to the PAM platform, ensuring compliance with requirements and risk management processes.
• Onboarding privileged service accounts onto the PAM platform, using PowerShell Scripting to manage Active Directory accounts and developing scripts for platform integration to identify potential gaps.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager on project-based activities, focusing on end-to-end processes related to PAM.

What we require from the PAM Engineer:

• Experience in PAM Platform work, ideally using Delinea (formerly Thycotic Secret Server) although skills are transferable from other PAM platforms like CyberArk.
• Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting.
• Awareness and experience with Active Directory.
• Ability to work within a project environment, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders.
