Maintenance Painter - Long-term work - Derry City - Competitive hourly rate

Your new company
You'll be working for a well-established property maintenance company in the painting & decorating division.

Your new role
You will be carrying out planned maintenance painting tasks, as well as completing general tasks associated with painting and decorating. The work will be mainly external within social housing.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will need external painting experience, and some customer-facing experience will be preferred as you will be working closely with the occupants of the houses. You will be required to have a valid CSR Card or equivalent. You will also be required to provide a recent reference within the last 12 months.
