Job Title: Legal PA

Location: Holborn

Salary: £40,000 - 345,000

THE ROLE

  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of senior members of the team.
  • Full proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned senior members of the team.
  • Collating and circulating agendas and taking minute
  • To support senior members of the team in the smooth running of processes, following documented procedures
  • Prepare, amend and proofread documents ensuring these are produced to the required standards and in line with House Style, and that they are retained and filed accurately.
  • PA support to the Compliance and projects and initiatives.
  • Liaising with other internal departments
  • To build effective relationships across Business Operations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS

  • Experience within a Risk & Compliance function is highly desirable (but not essential).
  • Experience with InTapp and / or Aderant is highly desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience of supporting Partners and senior team members is essential.
  • Previous experience gained in a PA/administrative role supporting a team in a similar professional services environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Visio skills are desirable.)
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver work to a consistently high standard of work.
  • A flexible approach to work: able to respond positively and willingly to changes to requirements, schedules, work required etc.
  • Organised and methodical, and able to operate effectively within structured work processes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player, willing to take on work for additional senior members of the team.
  • Able to communicate effectively, with warmth and professionalism, to people of all levels
  • High levels of discretion
