Oxbridge Graduate Person Specification:

• First-Class Degree from an Oxbridge University
• Strong academic record with A-A GCSEs and A-Levels
• £25,000 per year (pro-rata for term time only)
• Experience with children or young people is desirable
• Passion for education and commitment to student success
