Our client is seeking an experienced Order-To-Cash(OTC) Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers. In this role, you will be a key player in the finance team, working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

As an OTC Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Customer Outreach - Swiftly reach out to customers via phone or email to confirm payment schedules and ensure timely payment.
2. Follow-Up Calls - Perform follow-up calls if payments are delayed to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment.
3. Payment Reconciliation - Ensure that all received customer payments match against invoices issued by our clients to avoid discrepancies.
4. Accounts Receivable Management - Monitor accounts receivables ageing reports on weekly basis to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Proficiency in sales ledger activities.
- Experience in supporting report production.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets (Excel), and email (Outlook).
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable and credit control processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
