Your tasks:

Order and Contract Management:

• Handle the entire lifecycle of an order from initiation to fulfillment
• Ensure orders (customers and suppliers) are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate with various departments and suppliers such as Sales, Logistics, Technical Delivery, and Finance
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process in collaboration with other

Administrative Duties

• Review and actively manage customer contracts and suppliers
• Coordinate, create and manage supplier orders, including lifecycle orders
• Ensure supplier orders are correctly linked to customer contracts and properly handled
• Maintain all customer information, including ordered assets, in the system over their lifecycle together with the Technical Delivery Team

Billing Coordination:

• Enter required billing information into the system for a correct automatic billing
• Enter regular manual billing information if automation is not possible
• Support Finance in resolving customer billing questions together with the

requirements:

• Ability to handle the entire lifecycle of an order from initiation to fulfillment, including administrative tasks like contract and vendor order management.
• Ensure accuracy in order completion, billing, and maintaining customer and vendor information, while efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various departments and suppliers, and to support finance in resolving customer billing questions.
• Capability to manage and resolve issues that arise during the order fulfillment process and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with order management systems, billing software, and a basic understanding of billing processes and financial coordination.
• Typically, 3-5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of accountability and ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience working collaboratively with different departments such as Sales, Logistics, Technical Delivery,

Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement of Telekom Austria AG is EUR 45.809,26. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
