Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite. In this role, you will work closely with HR, talent acquisition teams, and IT to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experiences, and streamline hiring workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ORC implementations, including system setup and go-live support.
• Configure recruitment workflows, job requisitions, approvals, and career sites.
• Optimize applicant tracking, sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding integration.
• Support data migration and system integrations with HRIS, job boards, and background check services.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive system adoption.

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Knowledge of ATS systems, recruitment workflows, and compliance regulations (GDPR, EEO).
• Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle ORC implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Cloud HCM or ORC certifications are a plus.

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months, with an option to extend
Hours per Week: 24-40 hours
