Oracle HCM consultant

For a client, I am currently looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the Oracle HCM Fusion environment. Your tasks will include implementing onboarding processes, improving workflows, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Oracle HCM Fusion environment.

• Implement onboarding processes and improve workflows.

• Prepare reports and adjust system configurations.

• Support users and resolve technical issues.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Fusion.

• Experience in implementing onboarding processes and improving HR workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: South Holland/Remote
Start date: 01-05-2025
Contract duration: 6 months, with an option to extend
Hours per week: 32-40 hours
Rate: Market competitive
