My Client is an EU Institution that has recently moved from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud. We are looking for an Oracle HCM Analyst yo join and embed/enhance the new system.

The tasks/activities will include:

• Review existing Knowledge Management related content (published and unpublished). Help to identify knowledge gaps in knowledge base, and what changes need to be made in the context of the transition from the current system (PeopleSoft HCM) to the new HR system (Oracle HCM).
• Recommend improvements over current content to align with new HR system (Oracle HCM), as well as evaluate the available tools (Oracle HCM related functionalities) to be used for each case.
• Draft a design principles document, that will describe the content needed for each tool (over Oracle HCM related functionalities) with related templates.
• Manage unpublished items - the ones that need to be archived in our document management system and the rest that need to be reviewed. Liaise with IT if required for the archiving part.
• Define the desired final structure, tone, language, length, elements that should be applicable to all future items, in alignment with the current standards.
• Provide guidance on best practices and methodologies related to knowledge management and communications.
• Define the new knowledge management procedure, which will regulate any KM related activity (define the process workflow from an administrator perspective, including the steps to follow, user roles involved, interactions, approval flow, etc).
• Develop knowledge management manuals/handbooks and/or guidelines.
• Build and draft knowledge management articles in the context of the new HR system (Oracle HCM), applying the new formatting and structure in line with organisational needs.
• Liaise and/or ensure validation of the relevant articles by business owners/Employee Relations and Communications teams.
