Oracle EBTax Techno Functional Consultant - Outside IR35 - Remote

Oracle EBTax Techno Functional Consultant required by a global market leading technology consultancy for an immediate start.

Core skills & experience required :

• Skilled in Oracle Applications technology
• Oracle E-business Suite - R12.2.x
• Oracle EBTax Techno functional expert with experience in implementation and support for UK and Ireland VAT:
• Must be a UK resident and able to work onsite sporadically.
• Must be SME of implementing EBTax and UK VAT regulations.
• Requirements gathering including documentation and signoff
• Review existing systems for Payables and Receivables in EBS
• Solution design - Functional and Technical - documentation and signoff
• EBTax configurations including replacement of existing Vertex system
• Worked on Invoice interfaces for multiple sources for AP transactions
• Worked on AR auto invoice for AR transactions
• Worked on Inventory Item-Category based VAT requirements
• Experienced in setting up complex Tax rules
• Worked on EBTax Reports development and support
• Worked on Making Tax Digital' requirements for UK VAT returns
• Experience preparing Change Requests, written Functional specifications, Technical specification documents, Data Mapping Documents for Interfaces, Test plans, and Configuration setups documentation

Additional experience required:

• Skilled in PL/SQL for data access and analysis
• Additionally experience with European countries is a plus
• Worked in multiple Oracle EBS modules like:

2. Accounts Payable
3. Accounts Receivable
4. Purchasing
5. Sub Ledger Accounting
6. Project Accounting
7. Fixed Assets
8. iProcurement
9. iExpenses
10. Cash Management
11. Expertise with R.I.C.E. (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions)

• Oracle Workflow for approvals
• Skilled in PL/SQL for data access and analysis
• Techno-functional consultant involved in performing Setups, GAP Analysis, Requirements gathering, testing, Customizations, implementation, upgrade, and post-implementation/production support expertise with different versions of Oracle Applications including R 12.2.x across various operating systems including Windows, Unix (including Tru-64), and Linux.
