Job Description:

Support our strategic initiatives and maintain the Oracle EBS platform. Reporting to the Oracle OCI Architect DBA, you will manage our primary business operating system, client portal, system integrations, and field service platform.

To be a successful Oracle DBA you will need the following

Responsibilities for Oracle DBA:

• Manage and maintain the Oracle EBS database environment.
• Experience with OCI
• Optimize performance, availability, and security.
• Implement backup and recovery plans.
• Apply patches and updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Write and maintain scripts for data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with development teams.
• Monitor and report on database health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Document configurations and procedures.

Essential Skills for Oracle DBA :

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
• Proficiency in Oracle 19c, Exadata, GoldenGate, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX/Linux, and Windows.
• Experience with Fusion Middleware and integration tools.
• Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in backup and recovery strategies (RMAN).
• 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
