About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, including fast formulas, data migration, integrations, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Work closely with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Develop and maintain fast formulas, reports, and payroll integrations.
• Assist in data migration, payroll configurations, and system enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis of payroll processing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support end-users with technical queries and provide training where necessary.
• Liaise with Oracle support for escalated issues and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll, with a focus on technical support.
• Proficiency in fast formulas, BI reporting, HCM Extracts, and OTBI.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, payroll integrations, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing errors and system defects.
• Knowledge of payroll legislative requirements and configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Experience with PL/SQL and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of PaaS extensions and penalisation's.
• Experience working with multiple clients in a managed service environment.
