• Oracle EPM & Financial Consolidation Expertise: Lead development and support for financial consolidation, reporting, and groovy Scripting within Oracle Cloud EPM to enhance functional capabilities.
• Business & Process Alignment: Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into Oracle/EPM configurations while ensuring cross-modular and upstream/downstream process integration.
• Incident & Change Management: Provide 2nd-line process support, log and track service requests in JIRA, and manage risks related to Oracle/EPM financial technology and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication & Consultancy: Effectively communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, offering strategic recommendations for system improvements and change initiatives.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement: Support IT governance by maintaining documentation, refining support processes, ensuring compliance with security policies, and contributing to business change and continuous improvement initiatives.
