Optical Practice Manager - Up to £32K + Bonus Wakefield Mon-Fri Focused

The role:

This is a straightforward shop-floor management role. No boardrooms. No power suits. Just a small, tight-knit team on a friendly industrial estate in Knottingley, Wakefield. Testing happens three days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs), averaging 12-14 tests per day, mainly NHS patients.

You'll be the glue that keeps it all together - making sure the place runs smoothly, and patients are looked after properly.

Key bits you'll handle:

" Managing the diary and booking appointments

" Sorting the rota

" Dealing with customer queries or complaints

" Dispensing, pre-screening, and contact lens teaches

" Opening/closing the store - you'll be a key holder

The current manager is moving on after a long stint (relocating), so you'll be stepping into a well-run setup with everything ticking over nicely.
