Your Role as Optical Practice Manager

Lead & Develop a Team of 30 - Train, motivate, and manage staff to deliver top-tier service

Drive Store Performance - Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth shop floor management, and meet key business KPIs.

Manage Financials & HR - Oversee subscriptions, P&Ls, training, appraisals, and team development with full HR support.

Deliver Outstanding Patient Care - Lead by example with hands-on dispensing and customer interaction.

Experienced Leader - Managed teams of 15+ staff in an optical setting.

Operationally Strong - Confident in managing KPIs, training, and store performance.
