Ref - 20844Temp Operations and Office Manager for a Not-for-profit Organisation in Canary Wharf.A not-for-profit organisation within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is looking for an Operations and Office Manager to assist with their upcoming office move. This stimulating temporary position offers the chance to work alongside a passionate, close-knit team and dedicated volunteers, all committed to delivering safer and better healthcare. They are searching for an energetic individual who has successfully managed an office move or has experience in Operations / Office Management. The role is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a short amount of time!Role: Temp Operations and Office ManagerStart date: End of AugustDuration: 5 monthsSalary: £35,000-£40,000Working Hours: 09:00-17:30, 5 days in the officeLocation: Canary Wharf, Central LondonResponsibilities:
  • Lead an extensive office move
  • Manage Contractors and facilities
  • Connect with suppliers
  • Work with external support to handle issues with Wi-Fi, IT, AV equipment
  • Create an operations document and filing system
  • Various office management duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in successfully managing an office move
  • Previous experience in an operations or office management role
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork, working competently with others
  • Passionate and enthusiastic, inspiring others to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Tech savvy
