Your new company
This company is at the forefront of their profession within the medical field. Due to continued expansion and investment in their office space, they're now looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of this.
Your new role
This role will be very varied. You will take responsibility for the office space, facilities and be the primary point of contact for this. You will also look after the SLT from a PA perspective, booking meetings, arranging travel, preparing agendas, preparing reports and also presentations. There will also be ad hoc projects to pick up from time to time. You will be based on site due to the nature of this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have already worked as an Office Manager and undertaken PA duties. This will be a busy role and will need someone experienced to hit the ground running. You will have solid skills in Microsoft Office, be good at multitasking, be a confident communicator and work with confidentiality and discretion.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 alongside a good benefits package. There is plenty of parking on site. You will be joining a collaborative culture and a company that invests in its staff.
